I had bought a BYJU's 11 & 12 Home learning package for 66000 Rupees around April 2020. I had whats up confirmation from BYJU'S sale team that package include TAB with 11th and 12th course loaded, books and 2 hours per week class online live classes - Called as BHLP for 12th . After a month they are saying they are delivering only the Online TAB which has the NEET material and not the BHLP product. I am yet to receive books for 11th and 12th. In fact we bought the BYJU's product only because of promise online live class but that is not available for us.
I learned through various conversation with order team, Sales team and customer team that the Sales team punched the order wrongly and mistake was totally internal to BYJU's.
However I got call from Order's team and sales team requesting me to pay 7000 Rupees in addition to initial payment for receiving 12th BHLP product(online live course for Class 12th 2020). I promptly asked them whether it is fair to ask customer to fix what is clearly an internal BYJU'S communication issue and post that I was assured that problem will be resolved free of cost but till not got the resolution.
And latest recommendation from BYJU's team is to cancellation of the order and go for the refund.
Be cautious:
So don't fall for Online Free courses they offer currently during the lockdown and advertisement from shahrukh khan.
Pros:
I would have admit that quality of content though. 12th Biology content is really good as per feedback from my kid.
Cons
However pricing of the package is really high for the value I get back and also note that price varies for each customer. Hence be cautious while buying the product and the sales and customer care executives are full of lies and waste of time. .Hence think twice before buying BYJU'S product. Please have it in writing in email what product you want and then go for it else you will end up in a situation where there will be fight among family members, time wasted on argument with sales and Customer departments of BYJUS. It also impact kids motivation level if there is no consistency on what is covered in the package and false promises and that is most hurtling part of being parent.
