This BSNL - supposed to be an govt of INDIA enterprise has ruined me and many others since ages,
we had 3 connections - I surrendered all the 3 during month of march, till date the refund for my initial downpayment has not happened, and to add to this - they have been sending me bills - which has crossed over 5k, when enquired they argue for not cheating us and ask us to go to other service providers and fight it out like how we do with them.
laziest batards have ever seen, they dont even bother to respond to us on mail and the customer care nos given is always ringing and no response, the accounts dept there have no idea of what is happening around them and claim to produce the original receipt which they issued to me some 20yrs ago, is that possible - dont they have the records intact? what other better work do this batards have other than fighting with themselves and getting commissions from the dealers who sell their sim cards,
