I have taken a landline in the year 1992 by paying 3500 as an deposit. Now as iam relocating to pune I have requested to surrender the land line. I approached yeshwanthpur BSNL office to surrender, they sent me to the tumkur road branch to submit the application. I submitted and got the acknowledgement, they told the line will be deactivated within 48 hrs and done as per them.
They asked me to approach them after deactivating to discuss the reimbursemnt of the deposit. But its almost 7 months my deposit has gone to hell.
The lady attendents attitude is not bearable as she acts as if she is doing a favour for me. They are not fit to be in the so called Govt office.
So if ur a customer of bsnl be for life long never surrender the product to those amma f s.
