Horrible experience with BSNL broadband. Since last 10 days my internet connection is not working. I have booked complain but no reply from them.
Customer Care: I dont know how they call it Customer care. They have only 1 answer, "Tomorrow your complain is resolve" BSNL employee don't not have work ethics. All uneducated non qualified people.
