Hi All,
After a long time, i'm back with my review on DataOne. I'm using this connection for lst one year and must say that i'm very much satisfied.
Earlier I was using on Desktop as a wired connection. It was perfect. Speed is fine. Also the modem which I have is got multiple connectivity and also wifi. I share the connection with my friend who stays downstairs. So total 2 computer were using this unlimited connection.
My plan was 256 kbps unlimited, Monthly 750/- with no rental for phone. later I purchased a laptop and was connecting internet through WIFI to it. You never believe, WIFI of BSNL is wonderful. It has a good range and a super speed. With 3 computers using the same connection at the same time, still my connection and speed was good. I must say that.
Earlier stage when I switch on the WIFI, there were some intruders, was connecting to this network and using the internet. I came to notice that little later and created a WIFI password and now no one can tresspass. I conclude here by saying that, if you need a reliable connection with a good speed, go for BSNL data one. They may take more time to give you the connection, but it worth waiting for that.
Don't think that BSNL service is very bad. Now BSNL also improved and they have a very good system. You can talk to thier Customer service and they are capable of fixing the issue. If not they will book a ticker to the technical dept, which will contact you or repair the connection within 24hr. No one will come home and repair it. Everything online.
In my 13 months period, I had complaints for just 2 time and they fixed it immediately.
Also one more thing to be noted. I applied for the Phone online. They took 1 month time to revert and give me the connection. I give 200Rs to the line man who has given phone connection, to make sure and speed up the activation of broadband. Then promised me the broadband in 3 days and I got it.
Hope this review is worth. This is my true experiance with BSNL
