I have two Dataone connection one in my hometown and other in my job station.
The intelligent way of conserving the data transaction is by not clicking the 'Back' button to go to previous page when multiple amount of data is reloaded. Instead, Data based account holders should always make it a habit to open links in a new window, so that the previous page(s) can be easily accessed by simply clicking on the respective button on the task bar area.
Also make use of 'Work Offline' feature of the browser to always load the home page of repeatedly visisted pages, from where one can proceed further by making 'online'.
The Hardware supplied by BSNL is also reliable and I have not experienced any shortcoming so far.
BSNL should certainly be appreciated for taking the concept of broadband to rural areas also, unlike the other Major corporate companies, after making their footprints in Cellphone penetration in almost all the villages of India.
