.....to my enemies!
1) It is extremely reliable
In fact, you can always rely upon it to let you down in anemergency. Its network breakdown is so consistent , that you can almost say to yourself, “oh, so it has been working for a couple of weeks without a flaw. Now you can expect it to take a couple of weeks off.” You are naturally going to be extremely surprised if it works 3 months continuously in a row, without you getting 678 or 676 errors.
2) The customerservice is really amazing!
In fact, you are going to be extremely amazed, if you canget the right person during office hours. There are a number of people who arequite capable of giving you your complaint number but forget to feed it in the computer. 3 frustrating days later, you ring up the JTO, SDO and before you cando any howling, you receive an answer of “Your complaint has not been noted. Sohow do you expect us to rectify your problem?”
BSNL is spending thousands on advertising, but definitely not wasting any money updating its already outdated networking system. On the other hand, there are plenty of companies out there, which are giving BSNL a good run for their money, Airtel foremost. So even though the BSNL connection is extremely fast (when it works). I would not want want to go through the aggravation of having to pay the monthly bills for 7 days connectivity in a month.
