After I switched to BSNL broadband, its been blissfull. The connectivity and speed are fairly good. Had very few downtimes...just twice. No problems with billing.
Customer service is also quite good.
Overall, satisfactory.
Also I was surprised and happy to see very well behaved and sophisticated officers at their office in Hyderabad. Service with a smile is a rare sight in govt. offices...no?
