I have been using Data One for the past 15 months. I have not received my Email Id yet. For installation I had a very tough time. I opted for the Rs.250/- later after its launch and it was not entertained. I recommended dataone to my close relative and he complained that his computer was spoiled by the person who installed Dataone(BSNL), finally I had to arrange the new CPU for him. There is no response from BSNL for any communication. In fact I am a senior official under the same Ministry.
These are the bads of Dataone but technically it is very very good and I recomend it very hioghly.
In short it is a very beautiful garland but it is in the hands of monkeys. The approach of BSNL personnel are very rude and I fear of going to their office as I will be insulted inspite being a co-worker in the same Ministry.
