If we call 1500, the person who picks up the call will not at all know what to tell. They will listen for 5min & cut the call. So very stupid experiences with the BSNL customer call people. Very very very bad service. Till now I have made 10 calls to 1500 & never my queries are answered & never my problems got resolved. Pathatic experiences with BSNL customer care.
Please be very carefull in choosing this service. If you are outside city area then it will be very difficult to go to the BSNL office & lodge complaint & if u keep calling 1500 then there is a chance that you either break ur own head or break the mobile/telephone set:-)
