BSNL, I have been using this for 4 years:
Here, My experience of BSNL:
The Most worst network among others.
The Reacharge rate is very high its calling rate for NESAM GOLD for 1.2p/s on-net, 1.5p/s off-net.
The internet price is okay 2G/3G but in my province still no 3G but all other network has launched.
If you call customer care I am swear they will take 12-18 mins to attend the calls.
I really can't change the no. to other Network using NMNP. They decline my request to change the network. I think they are using their influence. I tried 2 times with airtel. But No use of it.
Very worst customer support.
If you are planing to purchase BSNL Sim card* STOP RIGHT NOW* Don't buy. Go for other networks.
BSNL is under Govt. Taken I don't know why BSNL acting weird. if you go to service point or exchange no use. they won't give any reponse.
I recommendDON'T BUY BSNL SIM CARD
The worst network ever in India. They will cheat you. I am still unsatisfied with this network,
