Being the Indian government mobile operator the services are not too good at all in my areas even its very difficult to make a call easily .We always face the same issue at our location while calling " Network Busy".Its been 6 months from now even no improvement I have found now.
Still facing the same problem and regarding the issue I have called their customer care they say there is no issue from our side all the things are on the way.
Few months ago I activated internet pack to check my school result but it turned to useless.The internet pack that I activated became useless for me because it was unable to establish the connection.
I tried calling customer care but they did the same as they did before ignoring my concern.
Well BSNL is good in some places like in cities but for villages in worthless.
BSNL officers should check the network problem and try to resolve it.
Signal shows up full but bad connectivity to establish any static connection.
We hope they would begin their investigation soon, we all only expect from BSNL to resolve the issue soon.
