Unwanted Subscriptions- Debiting Money- don't give refund - don't deactivate, No response from NODAL Officer, DGM and GM not caring. migrate ur number to other Operator using MNP and save ur money from being stolen.

BSNL Cell One too has started the trend of stealing money from customtakeouter's money by subscribing to useless, unwanted subscriptions without customtakeouter's consent/ knowledge. They do not deactivate and keep debiting money for that. They don't even give refund. Nodal is deaf. GM and DGM do not even care about customtakeouters.

Hello Readers!  Hope you would have enjoyed my penning about different products which I have experienced goods and bads in.

Here I am to express my deep disappointment done by BSNL Cell One Excel Prepaid Service and the worst customtakeouter Service.

Lead

BSNL Excel prepaid service has started subscribing the customtakeouters to unintended and unwanted subscriptions by themselves without customtakeouter's consent and steal money from their balance. When called, CSR's behave abruptly, place customtakeouters on long hold, and finally come back saying that customtakeouter himself has activated the subscriptions, ( when he/she actually has never known what the subscription is all about) and dey to give refund.

I never subscribed for the so called Handigo GITA subscription on my no. 94456-81616 as I don't know what this subscriptions is for and I have never even touched the actual Bhagavadh Gita in my life. When I call back there are ill-behaved

CSR's like Palani, Kavitha, Alamelu(Sr Executive) who never take a proper complaint on the issue. They give false promises saying refund will be credited in 2 days, but that never happens. CSR's are trained to acitvate subscriptions and debit from customtakeouter's balance.

On 24th April, Rs. 5 was debited for this stupid Handygo GITA. I found it on 30th April and registered a complaint with CSR( name forgot). She said that the subscription will be deactivated and refund will be credited in 48 hours, which never happened. On 9th May, again they debited Rs. 5 for the same thing and I complained on 10th May. Palani said he cannot take complaint. Kavitha said she would refund in 48 hours.

All fake promises. BSNL makes customtakeouter beg for his own money, which is untolerable.

An email was sent on 10th May to Nodal even. Till now I do not have a reply to that even though I have followed up on the mail with a third request as on Monday. No use.

People, please migrate all ur BSNL prepaid no.s to some other better service like vodafone or docomo who do not steal money. Docomo now has marvellous offers and TATA is working hard by multiplying the tower equipments. I have been very happy with a personal Docomo postpaid, whch has a fair billing and low cost with indoor coverage. Things are far better. Please don't go any more with BSNL.

Even the Nodals and Appellates are def there as it is a Government Body. You know how a govt office or entity works . correct?

BSNL Connections owned: 1 Broadband Connection, 1 more Landline, 1 3G Datacard for my laptop, 3 postpaid mobile connections and 6 prepaid connections.

Total monthly payment from our family: around Rs. 18000+

My Lifetime Number since 2006  ( 9486611143)

I have been using my lifetime prepaid BSNL no. 94866-11143(Tamil Nadu) Circle since 2006 and I am so loyal that I have not even ported my number to another cheaper and better quality service like Airtel and Vodafone using MNP, becuase I have had a very good opinion about BSNL.

The main thing I like in BSNL as BSNL has never cheated me before last week by stealing money like other operators like Aircel do. But I am surprised to come to know that BSNL too have started following the same foul means to make money illegally.

Advice to people  (MS Members and guest readers)

If you own a BSNL cell phone, please keep checking balance @ least everyday, else BSNL will eat all ur hard earned money in a minute by subscribing you to all unwanted subscriptions, which you never even would have imagined of.

Please beware and do not trust the customtakeouter Service of BSNL. They are even worse. They wont listen to you at all. They would subscribe you wantedly and blame on you that its you who activated that subscriptions. They would never give you a refund.

Please do not go their disguising attractive plans as the money u save on their plans will be lost in unwanted subscriptions by BSNL on your money. Please be careful my friends.

After 6 to 7 emails sent to nodal officers and reviews in MouthShut_Official and consumercomplaints, BSNL has finally been great enough to refund me Rs. 5 out of the Rs. 10.00, which BSNL stole weeks ago. It should be a matter of shame that a government body like BSNL can do this to its own subscribers. How would one remain loyal to BSNL?

Update on May 24, 2012

Still not refunded the remianing Rs. 5.00 . The query / complaint is still pending with Higher level of Management in BSNL.

customtakeouters, please be careful enough. Please keep checking your balance after every call you make. It is difficult to track when you are a high user when you need to make hundreds of calls a day, but please make sure that you are not being looted of your hard earned money.
