Bsnl was my first operator to whom I first got trust beacause there was very few network avilable other then bsnl like airtel , reliance were there that time .
After many years like vodafone , idea, docomo, uninor, Aircel and etc came.So there were very few option for me so I seleted bsnl .
At starting it was giving good network but in few years .It was giving totally worst service.Its main problem is with network it is giving totally bad network .Sometime while taking its networks vanishes and sometimes it network vanishes for week also .I really suffered fir mant days .So I port it to vodafone after.
Sometime while talking sound also unable to hear not clear sound .On network problem I complained it to customer care but they didnot solved my problem and also they donot talk properly . Worst customer service they simple cuts balance without informing the value added services . After that if I complined they told that I have only activate that services but dont your .
It has the most costlier charges then other the call rates also more then other . Internet speed not good very poor I recharged 3g net but work on 2g only .But roming is free .Full talking is on more 100 + recharge and net pack recharge cost is more .
Totally worst service , network problem, costlier and bad customer service . It is goverment operator so they should give better service but not .I request plz not choose it .It was my experience.
