Hi everyone.This time I would like to write review about BSNL operator.I have been using BSNL sim since 3 years for only incoming calls not for outgoing calls.One thing we can appreciate here, my balance did not deducted like in other mobile operator does.I highly appreciate BSNL only for this. Tariff plans of call rates, sms, Internet are not changed.
Other mobile operator provide good call, sms and Internet plans.Even BSNL owned by central Government of India, they will not provide good user experience service.Providing high tariff plans wtih high costs.Thats why customers of BSNL have been migrated to other operators like Idea, Airtel etc.However I am using BSNL sim, because of good network strength provided even if we go to remote areas also.Customer care service of BSNL also worst in condition.
Customer care executives will not give proper information about the any information if we asked to them.Doing abruptly call disconnections, while we ask any service related information to customer executive.Over all pathetic service provided by BSNL.
