I am a user of BSNL from my school days. That time I was living in a small area where only BSNL network was present.
I visited many mining areas and deep jungles where you you hardly found any other network than bsnl.Bsnl has widest range coverage in Odisha. You will find BSNL network while travelling in national highways and relways in odisha.
Like my area today also many areas in Odisha where you find BSNL is the only telecom service provider. Bsnl towers are present in deep forest location also. BSNL ha also verity power plus to reduce call charges.
You can use RS 45 magic voucher to make your call 1.2 paisa per two second for one month but I am using 71 power plus Through which I can call to any network 30 paisa per minute. with RS 30 talk time. I know that it os costly than other private telecom operators but if you need the coverage you have to compromise with rates.
