I feel this review is:
Bsnl sim card is good or bad both: GOOD: in low network internet speed is good not specific 2G-3G depend on network/village/city. roaming free in india and handle by government of india.
BAD: low network in villages.no data/topup loan for emergency. Custumer services is good.
