As we know that BSNL is a Government own company. But they don't care of anybody. I really disappointed with the net service of BSNL.
All the telecom companies started its 4G services such as Airtel, Vodafone , Jio but BSNL still have only 3G service. Whenever I needed of internet that time BSNL never helped me.
Sometimes when I do a online transaction that time BSNL fails to send OTP. After 2 to 3 hrs , BSNL send me the OTP. You tell me, How can I do a online transaction with Bsnl. Now I linked my another number with bank account.
The BSNL is very costly now. but I can't do anything with it because it's my oldest sim and all relatives and friends know my BSNL number.
