BSNL Home Broadband is is Faster than any other ISP with Unlimited Usage.the new 1mbps@bb 249 is truly awesome! value for money. bsnl customer service is very good in our area. the only problem I see is bsnl doesn't have a 24hrs customer care. one can't have any technical help from 5p.m. to 10 a.m only a complaint registration possible within. .bsnl has to do something about it.Cost is too high, after FUP cap its minimum speed should be 4mbps but it gives only 1 mbps. for unlimited which is not enough speed for playing youtube 720p video.
