-Speed of connection is not good. I have a plan of 8 Mbps. But I get around 3 and 4 Mbps.
-Connection reliability is not good. whenever my house's light gone the landline and broadband connection are also dead.
-Talking about the Service & support. Support is good. 2 months ago. my landline and broadband is not working since 10 days and then I call the customer care about 20 times. some executives are very responsive and some are not. And after 1 month after a line man comes to my home and fix this issue. But I like the one thing of this telecom company that it's coverage is very good. when villagers have don't have phones they use this medium to communicate with each other.
