1.The speed of net is very slow as compare to PLAN(which we have taken)
2.The service is very poor, no response, no efficiency workers.
3.A very big gap between our complaint and their reaction. The gap is more enough to forget about our complaint.
4.The PLANS are also very costly.
5.To change the PLAN is also very long process.
6.Wiring of broadband connection is not good.
7.Wire quality is not good and they cannot take any care in jointing wires.
