HELLO FRIENDS TODAY I AM GOING TO SHARE MY EXPERIENCE ABOUT BSNL BROADBAND.I AM USING BSNL BROADBAND FROM LAST 12 MONTHS. I AM TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SERVICES OF BSNL BROADBAND.
THERE IS SO MANY PROBLEMS OCCURS WHILE WE CONNECTED. SOMETIMES IT IS CONNECTED EASILY . SOME TIME IT TAKES LOT OF TIME IN CONNECTING. SOMETIME IT IS NOT CONNECTED.
THE PROBLEM OF CONNECTING OCCURS MOSTLY IN NIGHT. IT GIVES VERY SLOW SPEED IN NIGHT.
I TAKE UNLIMITED 3G PLAN FOR 28 DAYS. BUT IT GIVES ME SPEED LIKE 2G.
-> VERY SLOW CONNECTING AND INTERNET SPEED.
->BSNL BROADBAND VERY BAD SERVICE PROVIDERS.
->FAKE COMMITMENTS OF SERVICE STAFF.
WHEN I REGISTERED MY COMPLAINTS THE CUSTOMER CARE AGENTS ALSO GIVES US FAKE COMMITMENTS THEY SAID THAT THERE WAS A TECHNICAL PROBLEM. YOUR PROBLEM WILL BE SOVED IN 24 HOURS BUT IT TAKES VERY LONG SOMETIMES THEY TAKE 3-4 DAYS AND SOMETIME THEY TAKE 8-10 DAYS FOR SOLVING CONNECTION PROBLEMS .
I AM SO MUCH DISAPPOINTED WITH BSNL . I SUGGESTED EVERYONE PLEASE DON'T TAKE THIS CONNECTION. VERY BAD SERVICES BY BSNL.
