Is there any possibility to talk to BSNL customer care? Please let me know.
If any trouble how to speak directly to customer care center. In my home, the cable was disconnected. So, I called to telephone exchange and informed them.
But, it has been more than 5 days, no one is ready to work on that. In this type of problem, how do I raise a complaint to the next level of BSNL office? Please help.
