Bsnl broadband: Average services and bad customer service: bsnl has been around for several years be it cellular connection or internet. I wanted an unlimited connection at a cheap rate to do my college projects and assignments. The speed was great and met my expectations and the bills were very nominal as well.
The download speed was excellent as well but after a couple of months it started being very slow and hardly used to catch any signal. After trying all the troubleshoot problems myself, I finally called the customer care but didn’t get any response. After finally getting through they told me some ways with which I can try to get my net to work which I tried but sadly nothing happened.
They then told me that they would be sending someone which they did after 4 days! The net started working but after some months the same thing happened. Thus, I gave up this time and finally shifted to another connection this time.
