Since I am using bsnl broadband I am facing everyday a problem in net signal
-Speed of ISP connection:- in isp connection doesn't comes according to what plan we select they say first tit wil give good speed when the connection is on the speed doesn't comes .then we call them they will the speed will be upto sir/madam.i will not recommend any one to put bsnl broadband
-Connection Reliability:-we do our work on internet suddenly the connection will be lost .then the customer gets irritated worst connection of this broadband
-Service & Support:- I think customer service should be 24/7 beacuse at any time the problem of customer can be sloved in the broadband issue .
bsnl is under the government so that's why the broadband works like this .this broadband works correctly at night that to in its own time
I will give 4/10 rating
