BSNL a large telecom operator in India with huge customer base by providing cellular and broadband connections.If I talk about bsnl gsm service, it is good and it has broad coverage trough out the country.But coming to broadband, their feasibility of giving connections is limited and that too with many restrictions.As im a government employee, I have taken this connection before 2 months.
First month service, spedd and everything was fine.Now in second month problem arises with bsnl, they failed to generate a bill for me and I received my bill hence 1 month.Because of no bill I have not paid and connections was paused.Next after receiving the I paid by their office.
By thinking that, internet will resume automatically, i have not said about the internet stoppage.I waited for 2 more days but no change and I went to office I complained about my issue.They said service will be resumed within 24 hours, but not happened.i again complained and this time after 5 days I got internet.Those government staff are irresponsible, don't care about issues faced by customers.
