Friends bsnl also provides internet services broadband. for buying a new connection we have to go to bsnl office and give our details. First impression of service of bsnl I have seen at that time only. When buying a connection their customer cares says it will be fitted in 7 days but to be fitted it toke 40 days, when I called for complain then the keep saying yes yes your work is on the way but at last it toke 40 days for connection.
INTERNET PLANS: - friends bsnl s internet plans are also very costly for a 4Mbps it takes rs.1500 per month. On other private operators you can get reasonable rates for plans.
CALL QUALITY: - Call quality should be the best in landline. But in my connection I face a problem of sound in it I have many times complained about it but nothing happened.
so friends I will never suggest for bsnl
