Iam a BSNL broadband customer from last one year. Upto now iam not satisfied with the Bsnl broadband connection. Because the major reason is if I got any problem in network connection they will simply say its not only our area problem distict wide problem and also they taking so mush time to clear.
My recent problem is from february 20th onwards my bsnl broadband not working properly. I already make a several calls, followups with the agent, our area service man but no use. They reapeted the same answers above said. After ten days sercive man came and rectified the problem. But after 2 days it working only some times. And that too low speed. Again informed about the problem, still not solved. So still now iam not satisfied with the BSNL.
Now iam using another private network in our area. Its looking like good.
Finally Bsnl broadband is low cost based but problem are in high level. So you all are must think about this worst service. Dont use BSNL.
