1) There was Internet connection in our home from BNSL, but the service was the worst so we disconnected from it and switched to another Broadband service.
There were a number of porblems that came up almost every time. The worst thing is that, it was impossible to book a tatkal ticket with BSNL broadband as it everytime stuck at different pages, mostly at the payment page and made it impossible to pay for the ticket. Every time I had to go to my neighbor for tatkal ticket reservations.
2) Then everyday there were a few hours when the connection was lost and on other times the internet speed was so slow that even a 360p video could not be buffered smoothly on YouTube.
My family was very disappointed from the service that was provided by BSNL and it is really disappointing.
