I am coustomer of BSNL broadband since 4 month and I realy I have something serious to share with you on all people they have used bsnl broadband and think about it.
A day I approached the bsnl office as for knowledge of bsnl broadband connection at home.They have biliaon of idea how to proceed and approached people customer executive provide me the offers detail speeds of its and other details like docoment which given below as details.
He says to me for apply to oder to get land-line broadband connection , I have applied for of broadband and says your connection will be installed after 2 or 3 work days .He put a Suggestion about the plans of 599
unlimited internet with high speed.
no speed limited
2 to 3 mb per second granated speed or minimum speed.
4.unlimited calling 24 hours.
So I was expected to got more.I waited 5 days but I recieved any call or email due to broadcast so in a 6th day I called company executive and told him as loudly so he provide me a no. Of broadband fiting man.
I called him and said to come , he said sorry to me and said to pickup tomorrow morning so tomorrow morning I went and picked up him And after all fiting they said paying some fiting charges, as I happily paid.But after ready to that provides me as 200-500kbps speed whenever he promised me to high speed.
So I complain of fiting man he said me its need more thing to get speed and he returned to home but at and I had to complain to the broadband office they said me its because of your area problem. And say me to sorry.
That time I was very angry about the frodnes and cheat me .So please guys don't oder it, it's not a beneficial for you.
