I use bsnl broadband before 11 months. I cant trust 100 percent on their service. Many times there server are down and there is no timing for it. So you cant trust due to irrugular server. I complain about it but there is no solution. I dont know why?
The employes feel like king. I dont know why? They always talk in rude . if I ask for any help they pointig on poster which is post in bsnl office( log on to this website)?
Really I dont have any idea!
