BSNL Customer service is poor, Packages are very low. sometimes feel like using 2G data in china phones.it gets stuck while loading multiple pages . Cant browse youtube Fast.
Though there are no connectivity issued but for 512Kbps paying 700Rs low speed for price point earlier government employ discount was 20% then 10% and now they offering 5% . customer service is horrible they even don't know ho to resolve problem
BSNL having great potential to fight against all ISP but they don't care about customer. because of there no option. Once I had connectivity issue BB was down for 15 days and when I requested for refund they even don't know that line was disconnected. but some how they refunded but took long time
