I moved to a new house and these days internet is a necessity of life.
I got the contact details from a poster and I called up and completed the formalities.
I got the message for my new landline no. but no one called me for installation . I called up customer care and they always say you called up in the wrong city, I am so surprise that I am calling on Toll free no. how come is getting connected to a different city customer care.
I visited BSNL office and enquired for installation, Gaurd told me that boy had lot of pending work he will come when your request will come in the queue, wait till then.
The customer service support and BSNL staff is pathetic I must tell you.
After few days the land line was installed and If I talk about the speed it was less than the plan. I took the plan for 2 mbps speed I was getting 1.2 -1.5 mbps speed.
I called up customer care so many times but I was unable to connect ti the correct customer care same excuses.
I would not recommended it to any one.
