Well, It is the poorest Broadband company I seen ever on this earth . I have a Rs 999 monthly plan with a speed of UPTO 4MB, but what I receive is 20 KBPS only . not even this internet connection goes disconnected after every 20 minutes .
I submitted unlimited number of complaints for this to online customer care, as well as telephone exchange . But because it is a govt. comp. they do what they want to do . from this room to that, from this table to that . For a business owner like me it is hard to Wait for service like this . so I switched to other network .
