We all need broadband with a good speed and good reliability. But bsnl lacks in everything. It has really slow speed and most of the time it does not give connection.
We have landline at home and also bsnl broadband. But it is really difficult to do any work which requires good internet speed. Also it has really bad downloading speed. The connection goes a hundreds of times during rainy season. People do not give good service and are lazy.
Bsnl fails to provide everything that we want as a customer.
I would not recommend bsnl. Do not go on its cheap plans for internet they are really not worth the price. Instead search for other private internet services, they are quite better and give good services atleast.
