I don't understand that why government don't improve the broadband service of BSNL.


First of all, I used BSNL broadband from 2nd March 2017 to 7th August 2017.


As per my experience, They took Rs. 1000 as a security. And when I discontinue the service. I didn't get my security refund and even I haven't get that my security yet. They even didn't know that I was a user of its company. I sent mail to BSNL at least 5-6 times. But they don't have even a single minute to response my mail.


After 4months, I got a mail fron them last month and they checked their data and Said that we really sorry for delay. Your money has been passed, please come our office and take your security back.


Speed of BSNL BROADBAND:


The worst speed of BSNL. I have ever seen. They gave me 2 MBPS speed and when I used in a starting days , it was going in a good speed but after 1 week The speed of internet like a third class .They gave me speed of 50 to 70 kbps that time. Even I can't able to send a picture to anyone through my broadband. So I complaint about it.


Now Let's talk about CUSTOMER SERVICE:


As I said that I complaint about my speed. They said that the our service man will visit to your place within 6 hours. I said ok . But he didn't come even After 2 days. I complaint about it again. They said our technical support team will visit within 6 business hours. I said so I have to wait for another 6 hours. Ok .


After 4 hours, he came and said this issue is not technical. He said another team will come to check your wire. I said when your another team will come and he said they will come at 5pm. I said ok. Waiting for them.


They didn't come and I complaint to bsnl customer support once again. They said sorry sir but our wire team would come next day. I said why are you harassing me. He said sorry for the inconvinience. They will surely come the next day. I said ok.


But they didn't came and I decided to disconnect my broadband. They never bother your urgency or your problem. After it they gave my security after 4months. That time no one listened my complaint. That time was worst for me. They wasted my time and harassed me.


Need to improve its service.
