I recently faced problem with my internet access and the problem was regarding the telephone wire so I called bsnl office and told them the problem and within 30 minutes of time a wireman came and fixed the wire and they handled my case very patiently.
And they have also told me that I can call them wherever there problem and they fix the problem in minutes I liked there service and it was quick good job done by bsnl keep it up.
