The connection provided is supposed to provide a speed of 2MBPS, but it rarely reaches it. Frequent loss of connection and delay in servicing make it difficult to recommend to others looking for internet service provider. Only reason to tolerate BSNL is that it provides night data free of limit. But in this era of competition it has lost its Zeal, and private net providers have taken over it and lack of need for elaborate document proofing and instant connection and no need of landline installation make it an antique now a days to have a BSNL connection.
