I feel this review is:
I am a user of BSNL Broadband connection since from 7 years.And it was very slow internet connection. And the plans are very useless. They even not provide good customer service if we go to complain about their connection they even dont bother the customer.They dont deserve even 1 star also.if there was a no connection we should call them and tell the problem but they were not coming on time. very pathetic service. If we tell we dont need your connection the manager there shouts us that we dont have time and all.Seeing all this issues we decided to cut-off the BSNL connection.And replace it with Airtel Broadband.
