I had choosed bsnl after getting tired from tikon and its network issues. for first few days my bsnl brodband performs way above from my acceptations, it provides me great speed and internet experience, but slowely slowely it comes on its own form .
but then also it gives a decent speed in 850 per month.
but then I faced a big problem from bsnl side that every customer of bsnl had to face, somewhere near my home govermnt digging program had destroyed the cables of bsnl and from that day bsnl engniers had taken 3 month to correct that problem, in that three months I had complained several time to bsnl office, but they dont have any satisfing answer, they always tell me to wait, work is in progress, after three months I have my internet connection back.
so, from my side if you are in any metro city and there are many other big companies that provide you decent internet speed at decent rate then please go for them, I had choosen bsnl because I am from varanbasi, and I dont have any other choice then bsnl.
