I have been using BSNL broadband for approximately 3 years till 2014 and there hasn't been a week where I didn't call to customer service for bad internet connection. Whenever the Internet comes it is pretty decent, but it keeps fluctuating after a period of time. I have adjust wires every time as though I am some expert, If I am lucky, I will be able to solve the problem otherwise I have to call the agents who may come a week later probably.
Whenever there is a Landline problem, we won't get the network and we have to call the srvice provider again and again. It's a big headache
