I have experience with Bsnl Hosur office since last 10 years. In this office none knowledged persons which is incompleted training or other. There were a lots of issues from configuring modem to gaining then 2 mbps speed. But it was not performed their promise till now.
No doubts Bsnl are very customer friendly but availability of their service itself is a painfull so what purpose does it servr towards Digital Bsnl.?
I felt like being robbed by these corporate houses so I choose to get ridd of it & I am sure many would feel the same.
There is no uniform policy for broadband installation in india. The policies differ as the circle differs.
Bsnl is requested that since they are national service provider, there should be a uniform policy that is a equally applied to all circles.
I don't understand that what is the need of selling an item by making false promises.
