BSNL Broadband has very poor speed, it not reliable at all.When there will be requirement on Internet than BSNL Broadband will down.Although BSNL has different level of customer support but non of them are effective, it has online selfcare portal for complaints, plan change, new order, bill payments, etc.online portal is good as compare to other service provider.Talking to Customer care is totally waste of time, they don't understand any thing, one has to wait for long time to get the line with customer care but after waiting for long time they don't provide any correct solution, they always says to visit exchange.
Don't pay bill annually in advance, I had paid my broadband bill annually in advance, most of the time I was not having broadband link, complaining to exchange was not working, I had wasted my money.they didn't refunded my money.It is worst service provider, don't go for BSNL.
