I applied for a new BSNL broadband connection on 26th November 2011. I am person representing BSNL(VOICE DATA CONNECTION, 86, ground floor, 1st cross road, 3rd main, universal gym road, Ramamurthynagar Bangalore – 560 016 and his name is MURALI) came to my home and got the entire required document and collected the deposit amount and collected the money for WIFI modem in total of Rs. 2400/- in cash. Then after two weeks I received call from BSNL saying there is no feasibility in my area. Then I called the BSNL agent for my money back. He keeps on giving me some reason and till date he has not returned my money.
So guys if any one comes from VOICE DATA CONNECTION please do not proceed with them. They are the biggest fraud I have seen. Please communicate the same to everyone you know.
