I am living in pimple saudagar area in pune. This area is crowded with IT people. I would like to share my great experience with BSNL broadband service in this area. I am using BSNL broadband service since last 5 years and I can say it’s really very excellent service; they don’t have down time, always available with committed speed.
Surprise thing is BSNL staff(old aged people) also co-operate very well as per their best knowledge(This thing I was never expected from them). Good thing is that I went that office only once(for new connection) since last 5 years(because of no complains). I can pay my broadband bill online.
I am loving it. ? Don’t underestimate BSNL Broadband service.
