I am Using BSNL customer since august 2016.
For Calling This is best network and no other company can beat BSNL. You can Go Any where in India you will never get out of coverage from BSNL network.
BUT When it comes to the Internet BSNL disappoint me with its Slow speed and unstable network.it's network keep changing Into 3G to 2G and 2G to 3G whenever I use internet it's so frustrating .This problem is keep heppning with me.In Network setting I use 3G Mode Only but it keep changing Into 2G whenever I use It.
Now I am talking About It's 3G Internet Speed .Speed Is Very Low about 100kbps to 250 kbps only.A 700mb movie takes 5 to 7 Hour To download.
their customer care representatives are very slow
They pic phone call after 10 to 15 min .
They are less informative.I called for Unstable network problem but they are keep saying that just switch of the phone and re insert the sim card .
I told them it's not working but they don't have any answer for that problem.
Overall I am very disappointed with BSNL INTERNET SERVICE.think twice before buying it.
