Hello friends today I am revie on BSNL Broadband. this is my experience with this broadband. I have been using this service from last 6 months and I can say now that I have done a blunder by choosing BSNL Broadband. I must say that this not so cool. Irrespective of how many times you complain - BSNL customer care is like dumb people. They dont even hear what one says.Very very bad service. spoken to them 5 times in 2 days and sent numerous emails. but they are does not solve my problem. he is always custon care says we wil get back to you. they not solve my problem. I am totaly sad from BSNL service. download speed is merely 20kbps. this is worst speed of broadband. totaly bad experience with BSNL.
