GUYS AM USING BSNL BROADBAND CONNECTION IN MY HOME MY BSNL LINE DOWN LAST 15 DAYS I HAD COMPLAINT MANY TIMES IN BSNL BUT NOBODY TRIED TO RESOLVE THIS PROBLEM ONE DAY A PERSON COME FROM BSNL AFTER MANY TIMES CALL HE TOLD ME THERE IS AN WIRE BRAKAGE ISSUE SO AM ASK HIM HOW MUCH TIME TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE BUT HE DONT KNOW ABOUT SO AT PRESENT MY BSNL CONNECTION IS DOWN AND I HAD CALL MANY TIMES IN BSNL OFFICE NOBODY PICK THE PHONE NEITHER PROVIDE ANY HELP NOR ATTAND THE CALL.
