I have been using BSNL broadband for a year now. Recently, i'm facing problems as my net is not working properly. I have complained to many times to their authorities but they always promise to get it repaired within a day or two and then I have to again ask them to look into the issue and this has been going on for a month.
Speed is not so good. MY plan's speed is 100 mbps which is very far from the real low speed.
Every now and then my net gets some problem. Not really happy with their customer support also who only have got mugged up lines to give back and not do some real work to help us.
Dont go for BSNL. Pathetic experience.
