Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited(abbreviated BSNL) is an Indian government telecommunications company which has a headquarter in New Delhi.BSNL is India's oldest communication service provider and had a customer base of 93.29 million as of June 2015.Bsnl Mobile is the major GSM cellular mobile services company under the brand name Cellone.BSNL provides Internet access services through dial-up connection as prepaid, NetOne as Postpaid and DataOne as BSNL Broadband.
BSNL broadband have many problems . I think it is most bad ISP.Maximum time they have no signal.The yellow signal is unable to stable, bling continuously.At, this time I am unable connect internet.Cost of BSNL internet is too much expensive.Their unlimited pack start from 550/-.This pack is unlimited, but speed is too slow.If I use limited pack, I have done some surfing, I received too expensive bill.If any one want to install BSNL broadband, we need to install mobile land line connection.
Otherwise we doesn't get BSNL broadband connection.This rule is too bad, that a user can't get only broadband connection without phone land line .Their customers service team also bad.Their store is not available at any place.So, customer need journey too much to go their store.
After installation don't expect anything from their employees, they don't work and they don't care about you.Even if you beg, they will show no mercy such is the arrogance of the BSNL employees.Galti se bhi mat le lena rone lag jaoge chor company hain sat aur sun ko toh fb bhi khulna mushqil ho jata hai.tikona ya fir airtel is much better then this.31 kbps speed test me show kar rahan hain mere fb bhi aache se load nahin houta 800 ki line me bill aata hain monthly.
you tube 360 me ruk ruk ke chalega aur 480 me toh 5 min ka video 20 min ka bann jayega complain karne ka koi faida nahin houga wo sare sarkari damad hain speed par koi antar nahin padne wala.aage aap logon ki marzi.
if you have no option then go for it.Even a local ISP provider is better than BSNL. Customer care are unaware of the technical problems, the technician will never show up after a complaint, the speed will never, ever reach half the promised speed. Moreover, they levy One Time Charges on the customer for getting the Broadband connection installed, which makes it really expensive.
Bad service provider and the company is worst for giving internet service.so dont time waste on bsnl.this companey should stop and government should work on it for better service.guyss I don't reommend this to you all you can go for a local isp and hope so you will like my review.thank you
